🚚 Shipping Policy

• We deliver all across Pakistan.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days.
• Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 4,000.
• You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

• Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns once the packaging is opened or used.
• However, exchanges are possible in the following cases:
• You received the wrong item
• The product arrived damaged or broken

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
• The item must be unused and in original packaging
• Send photos of the issue via WhatsApp or email
• Our team will review your case and assist you promptly.
